The Norway Digital Workshop will take place virtually during a day in late May or early June 2026, connecting Norwegian tourism suppliers with qualified tour operators and travel advisors from across North America.

The online format offers a cost-effective and efficient way for Norwegian partners to build valuable relationships with the North American travel trade. Participants will engage through an interactive virtual platform featuring 16 pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with key operators and agents.

This workshop offers participating companies direct access to motivated buyers seeking new products, unique itineraries, and authentic Norwegian experiences.Participation is expected to be highly competitive. Approximately 15–20 Norwegian suppliers will be selected to ensure balanced representation from across the country and a mix of product types suited to the North American market.

PLEASE NOTE: as this is a digital event geared towards the American market, the event will require participating late-hours Norway time. The US East Coast is 6 hours behind Norway, and West Coast 9 hours behind. Anticipated timing for this show will be 14:00-22:00 Norway time.

Type of participants – buyers

The buyers attending this event will be a mix of tour operators and travel agents with various levels of selling Norway.

  • Some will know Norway well, some will be new to the destination.
  • Some will be large tour operators sending thousands of pax per year.
  • Some will be small niche focused operators focusing on adventure or other areas.

Suppliers should be prepared to meet with all of the above, however meetings are all pre-set using the Converve platform so you will have a choice of who you meet with.
