#MeetInNorway is an annual B2B workshop where we invite international buyers to Norway to meet Norwegian MICE suppliers. This year, the workshop will be in Kristiansand, in the southern part of Norway.

The workshop in brief

We aim to bring together about 25 Norwegian suppliers from all over the country; destinations/convention bureaus, DMCs, activity providers, hotels, and venues.

There will be pre-booked meetings during the workshop, and you will be able to have approximately 15 meetings with Norwegian suppliers. In addition, there will be networking during the evening events.

FAM trip to Oslo

In addition to the workshop, you will be able to register for a short stop in Oslo, from Saturday 19th – Monday 21st September before going to Kristiansand and the southern part of Norway. This is a great opportunity to explore Norway’s capital. From Oslo to Kristiansand, it is only a 50-minute flight. In other word, two cities in Norway that are easy to combine.

Welcome to the Southern Norway - Norway’s best kept secrets

In Southern Norway, things move a little slower. Not because we have to, but because it makes everything better. Fewer crowds, short distances and seamless logistics create a calm and focused setting where meetings matter more and experiences last longer.

At the heart of it all is Kristiansand, a vibrant and compact city where world class venues, modern hotels and cultural highlights like Kunstsilo are all within walking distance.

Step outside the meeting room and you will find island hopping, forest trails and exceptional dining, from fresh seafood to Michelin starred experiences like Under.

This is where business meets balance. Where less rush means more impact.
